A Message from Our CEO

As we close out 2025, we do so with gratitude, clarity, and confidence.

Together, we reached important milestones this year. We strengthened collaboration, expanded our visibility, launched new initiatives, and deepened relationships-internally and externally. We achieved the goals we set ourselves, while also recognizing where we want to go further.

What matters most to us is not only what we achieved, but how we achieved it: through openness, trust, honest communication, and a strong sense of togetherness. That foundation allows us to set higher ambitions for the future.

We enter 2026 with momentum and purpose. Ready to build on what we’ve created, ready to raise the bar, and ready to grow, together.

What a Year It Has Been

If we had to sum up 2025 in one sentence, it would be this:
A year of collaboration, learning, honest communication and meaningful progress.

This year was about moving from customers to true partners, refining how we work together, aligning more closely, celebrating successes, learning from challenges, and building something sustainable as a team.
Because if this year taught us anything, it’s this: togetherness is everything.

From Collaboration to Real Progress

We stand for open communication, especially when things don’t go perfectly.

Throughout the year, we encountered a wide range of challenges: planning and prioritization, technical complexity, and the constant balance between ambition and capacity. What made the difference was our shared approach, addressing issues openly, supporting one another, and staying solution oriented.

Sometimes the win isn’t the outcome, it’s how we get there.
And in 2025, the way we worked together truly mattered.

Learning, Visibility, and Building for What’s Next

We continued to invest in visibility and knowledge-sharing. This year marked the introduction of webinars and our blog, new formats that allowed us to share insights, connect more closely with our audience, and strengthen our voice.

At the same time, a lot of important work happened behind the scenes. Projects that didn’t always make headlines laid the groundwork for what’s coming next. Progress isn’t always loud, but it’s powerful when it’s intentional.

Strong Partnerships, Shared Growth

2025 also brought meaningful growth through collaboration. We were proud to welcome new partners such as Harness, Anthology and SpectroCloud.

These partnerships added fresh perspectives, new momentum, and valuable exchange-strengthening both our offering and our way of working together.

Coming Together as a Team

Our kick-off in Würzburg in February was a defining moment of the year. After extended periods of remote work and limited in-person interaction, coming together created space for alignment, reflection, and genuine connection.

It reinforced something we strongly believe in strong results grow out of strong relationships.

What This Year Showed Us

Looking back, several themes stand out. A positive team atmosphere and mutual respect carried us through demanding phases. Making space for learning and personal development proved essential. And while outcomes don’t always match expectations, progress often shows itself through collaboration, resilience, and shared ownership.

This year was not one-dimensional. It was complex, challenging, and at times mixed, but also formative and valuable.
