Richard Mayr
Chief Executive Officer
Since 1982, he has worked in various leadership positions in software companies. He has worked for Micro Focus, Continuus/Telelogic, and Merant/Serena. In August 2004, he joined ASERVO AG as a partner and board member, which he took over as sole owner in September 2007 and continues to lead as ASERVO Software GmbH. As a long-time manager of sales organizations, Richard Mayr brings the corresponding network and contacts to IT users in Central Europe. His international activities and contacts help ASERVO partners and customers, especially when it comes to direct contact with IT manufacturers.
Rainer Heinold
Chief Operating Officer
After studying computer science, Rainer Heinold worked for 20 years in various presales positions, including international roles at Rational Software and IBM. Prior to joining ASERVO, he led the technical team in the EMEA region at CollabNet (now part of digital.ai) for over 10 years.
At ASERVO, he is responsible for a large part of the strategy, development and improvement of standardized services, as well as the development of the ASERVO team. He also continues to support our clients in the strategic development of their software development infrastructure and processes.
Christian Wagner
Project Management Office
Before joining ASERVO Software, he successfully led numerous complex ERP projects. With his well-founded knowledge of commercial and technical processes as well as his many years of experience in project management, he takes over the management of the PMO at ASERVO Software.
Auke Jilderda
Director of Technology & Services
Has spent his career assisting businesses in adapting their software engineering practices. This shift is because the value of products is increasingly shifting towards software, which now makes up a larger part of the technology stack. To meet evolving requirements, reduce costs, and mitigate risks, companies require faster and more precise research and development. Auke’s expertise has been utilized in various sectors, including medical devices, industrial equipment, defense, aerospace, telecommunications, and new automotive fields. He has introduced agile and DevOps practices, open-source and inner source practices, and established software supply chain management to these companies. At ASERVO Software, Auke is responsible for expanding their Open-Pool Community, where they collaborate with customers to develop technology in an inner-source model.
Louis Zschaler
Director Service Delivery
Early on in his career, Louis Leonardo Zschaler concentrated on optimizing IT processes and worked in consulting for well-known companies. With a focus on IT service management, his focus was always on holistic solutions in complex environments. In the course of his career, Louis has supported various software projects in the clothing industry, the insurance industry and cross-industry B2B solutions and is co-founder of a software manufacturer for software-as-a-service solutions. His roles have been characterized partly by technical implementations and partly by functional leadership. During his time at ASERVO Software, Louis worked as Product Owner and Technical Account Manager on various projects in the logistics, finance and defense and aerospace industries. Today, he is responsible for our largest customers, manages the associated projects and leads a team to maintain and continuously improve the quality standards of ASERVO Software.
Sachin Kumar
Chief Financial Officer
Has 7 years of experience leading international companies in the fields of medical technology and e-commerce, after completing his Master of Business at Würzburg University of Applied Sciences in 2015. At a young age, he has demonstrated expertise in leading audits and global financial management for business development. His comprehensive knowledge and practical skills include financial accounting, cash flow management, consolidation processes with HGB & IFRS, and P&L analysis, enabling the maximization of corporate growth in a technically savvy environment. During his recent experiences in German SMEs and startups, he demonstrated his management and organizational skills by handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
